These are all great tips.  I would also add waking the kids up 15 minutes earlier than normal and asking them if they want an extra 5 minutes, then wake them up at normal time, this way they have been awakened from deep sleep and the second time around you are awaking them from a light sleep.  

Great tips, I&#039;ll need to start using them, although how do you go about getting dad off the internet, in the morning,  making comments on great blogs?</description>
