If you’re optimistic and wake up every morning with a little enthusiasm towards your work you’re sure to find the energy in you to keep your mind and body going.

There are many ways to gain more energy and I certainly wouldn’t advocate doing all 101 ways listed above, they are kind of like a pick ‘n’ mix: try different ways until you find the ones you like.

    Some really good suggestions!!! Also giving up soda and drinking plain green tea (like you suggested), carbonated water or regular water would probably solve half of the world’s obesity epidemic. So many of the foods in the store are really bad for us and we need to advocate and lobby to change that.
