Lately, I&#039;ve started downloading yoga podcasts from iTunes, since going to actual yoga classes are expensive, but I need to step things up a bit. 

Btw, what are Tabata Intervals?

		<description>I&#039;m also back on track, working to loose the extra weight I put on in thesecon half of last year.  I&#039;m loosing about two pounds per week, now that I&#039;m back to badminton, and using Lose it! to track food calories and exercise. So far, so good.</description>
