		<description>OK, I can see most of them, but switch to diet? Sure, sugar isn&#039;t good, but the artificial chemicals are even worse. Particularly given the way that your body metabolizes aspartame... and Splenda was developed to be a pesticide initially, for those that use that. If you want to give your body more to deal with, and slow down your bodily functions, then go for it...</description>

		<description>You are right about sneaking spinach into meals you enjoy.  I hardly ever notice the taste when it is mixed in with lasagna or pizza.  Adding it to salad is an even healthier way as you suggest.  Great tips!</description>
